Design .psd pages for auction website

I need a new design template for a auction website.
The design MUST be modern, with web 2.0 concept.
I need the design to be delivered in .psd and .png files, with layered pages.
The design must be submitted in RGB color scheme.
I need all buttons into other .psd and .png files, it must be separated by type(menu button file, social media button file, and so on)
The files must be organized and well commented, you must comment the location of (login box, header, footer, body, and so on)
You MUST also comment the functions of the buttons, I mean (accordion menu, popup, lightbox, tabs, and so on)
There are 09 pages to be designed into .psd file, you can check it out on the following pages:
You DON’T need to put header and footer to all pages.
Only deisgn header and footer for Homepage.
DON’T FORGET TO COMMENT THE BUTTONS AND ITS FUNTIONS AS MENTINED ABOVE.

- I need the Search bar with this blue color: #2B74B9
- Use this Yellow Color for hover buttons: #FAAF18
- For the footer, please use the same blue color as Search Bar, the letter font should appear with White color.
- The search bar may contain a Multi Level Dynamic Drop Down Menu for the Categories List, Hire and Sell Buttons.
- Keep the My Account, Preferences, Messages, News section at the Header, but change the design for Web 2.0 Concept.
- Below search bar, erase the tables on the left side (itens, services, Legend, trends).
- Create a image slider with the same length as the search bar, use the same Height of the actual image at Homepage.
- Below Slider, put Recently viewed items slider, as the actual homepage

- Use #2B74B9 for the right tables header (Meet the seller, Buy it now!)
- Invert “Meet the Seller” and “Buy it Now” positions.
- Personalize “Time Left” at “buy it now” block, I mean, use squares to put the numbers on, and below the square put “days”, “minutes”, “hours”, “seconds” use #2B74B9 for the square background color and the numbers should be Bold White.
