We are looking for a very talented web designer to design a talent/casting website. If the web designer also knows development it’s a plus but not a must, we can work with the designer on the design and select a developer through [url removed, login to view] at a later stage.
The website is an online portal for aspiring talents; such as dancers, musicians, voice talents, actors, lyric writers to show case their talent, and have them connect with talent hunters. For reference you can view [url removed, login to view]
Talents will register for free and login in to their account, add their profile, and can add a personal video of their talent. Site visitors can rate each talent video.
Talent hunters will also register and login, to view, rate and contact the talents that they like for an upcoming gig. Talent hunters registration will be a paid service.
In addition a call for casting section will be built, where talent hunters can post call for casting.
The website should also include space for 3rd party advertising banners.

1. Yes this definately requires a cms.
2. Talent hunter can pay online using credit card, pay pal and any other secure payment methods available out there.
3. Yes there will be facebook likes, tweet, digs, stumble on next to talent video or audio clip and rating.
4. For sure our selection will be based on 100% criteria on design, but if you also do development... our rating will be 80% design and 20% on development.
5. We are NOT looking for template like designs... we are looking for something out of the box that is a true representation of the nature of the website. (Templates are available for 60$ at templatemonster.com)

9. Yes you can send us a sketch or mockup before the bid ends to increase ur chances.... but please do notify us that you will be doing a mockup so we can give you a chance to submit it.
10. Yes the website will also have to be mobile phone ready. (viewable)
11. In a few words, the website design should be wacky in its concept, but also vibrant, inspiring, organized, lively. No preferred colors. Good design concepts can come in color, harmony is the key.
