Create an Affiliate Blog Using Blogger or WordPress with a Simple Easy Design and Extensive knownlege of SEO To Rank On the First Page

I am looking for a very experienced professional that is a reliable Blog designer who has experience with Google Adsense that is able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $25 USD/Day. I need someone who has extensive knowlege in SEO and would be willing to show proof of successful completion. I would be interested in using someone regularly if I can see the results quickly. I am going to write a "how to blog" which will have a clickable affiliate banner on the top and sides, related adsense content on the sides, and will allow me to create new blog articles with the same adds on each new page.
