Creating Web 2.0 accounts,submitting & link articles in them

Hey, I am looking for someone or some VA company with experience in web 2.0 sites (preferably in philiphines) that can build me a network with web 2.0 and article directories, i will supply all the content (movies, articles, images) and the tags and keywords that i want to target, what i want you to build is the next: Phase One: you have to create one account at these 10 web 2.0 properties, these web 2.0 sites may change, so you would need to create in new web 2.0 sites. When you're done i want you to make a sheet where you collected all the rss feeds and urls so i can use them further. This is the whole job, what i like from you is a quote on the whole job and your turn around time for phase one and phase two, this could be a longtime thing for the right person or company. I would say that the whole process would think around an hour to complete. And I'm willing to pay around $2-$4 for 1 such phase. I would need around 15 phases for a start and hence please bid for that amount around $30-$60. If this is done well, I'm looking at this for a long term project.. Thank you
