Affiliate Banners

My client is a web hosting company and is just about to launch an affiliate program. They require a range of banners to make available to their affiliates in order to advertise their services on their sites. We require a range of banners in gif and/or flash formats. They looking to establish a relationship with the successful bidder as although beginning with 4-5 banners inititially, there is a strong possibility of ordering more on a frequent and ongoing basis, (due to satisfaction in quality and cost) of the work done, and to keep their marketing fresh. The following sizes are desirable at this stage: 728 x 90 - Leaderboard banner ad 468 x 60 - Full horizontal banner x 3 234 x 60 - Half banner 125 x 125 - Square button 120 x 90 - Button Same (similar) text on all banners is fine.
