Hello Im Sourish, I'm an asterisk, vicidial and linux expert. I have installed more than 30 asterisk servers in last 2 years. I am even an active vicidial & Freepbx community member. I can do this for you within 2 days. I will create a excel file with macro function to generate random number based on the first few digit of the telephone number. Then the excel file can be uploaded on vicidial system to start auto dialing. Vicidial dial have almost all the features that you are looking at.
