Add product # from csv to matching cvs product in 2nd csv file

I have 2 .csv files example: csv file 1: ID,Date,Description,Qty,Retail,Subtotal,Discount,Tax,Total,Customer csv file 2: SKU,Description,,,,,,,,, I need the SKU from "file 2" to be added to "file 1" "file 2" should find the matching description in "file 1" and add the SKU example result: ID,Date,Description,SKU,Qty,Retail,Subtotal,Discount,Tax,Total,Customer Other Notes: Some do not have SKU so they will need to just be left blank. Priority will be giving to developers who will write it in: Purebasic, Xojo (realbasic) However any coding/scripting maybe used please put what you will use in your bid. Source will need to be provided. IMPORTANT: If you can not bid in the project budget dont bid. Give realistic estimate on time as I will expect project completed in this time.
