Add a couple of files

hi there, i have a completed program already but only contains one file, i need it split up, i need a form to allow me to add / edit/ delete products info. Another form to add / edit /delete customers, then another form to allow me to add orders, new orders with a order id (primary key) and then to allow me to add the primary key of the customer id and the product id. I then should be able to publish this info into an invoice, the attached file contains everything you need to know, the fields for the customer and product forms.
