contact manager in VB.Net

We are looking for a simple Windows contact manager using VB.net with SQL Express. Much like Sage’s ACT but simpler([login to view URL]). It should be able to support multiple sales reps to maintain each of their customers’ information and will provide the following functions: - Create, edit customers, and assign customer to different groups. - A sales can see his/her contacts, group manager can see all contacts in that group. - Write contact notes, edit MS Word documents, mail merge, send emails through Outlook, etc. - Schedule activity, calendar, keep track of tasks, whom called, whom to call, what to do, etc. - Add, check sales opportunity (fields: dollars potential, create & est. closing date, probability, sales stage, notes) - Contact search and keyword search. Keyword search will search contact note, activity, opportunity fields, etc. - List contacts with changes/activities happen within certain days, such as 7, 30 days, etc. - Select fields to import/export customer to or from a CSV file. The following features are a plus but not a must: 1. UI is similar to ACT. 2. Two-ways sync contacts with mobile devices such as Android or i-phone. The software programs with source code will be written in VB.Net 2005/2008 using MS SQL Express. The source code should be commented and support multi user. Due to the short time frame of the project (< 20 days), you much have previous experience in developing contact manager or CRM software, please attach your demo software for consideration.
