Creating a Custom Task Schedular

Hello, This is a project with very specific requirements and it is a must to provide source code. The module should be developed in VB.NET 2008 and data should be stored in MS SQL Server 2005 only. The project shall have just two forms This is a custom task scheduler module. Here people define tasks and pick up dates and the task they have to do on that particular date. These two features should be included >> There should be a check-box to allow ringing alarm when the time for a task comes >> There should be an option to setup recurring task. [i will provide screen shot of how it should be] When this form is done there should be another for to display the tasks with a daily calendar [mind it a daily calendar] with all tasks for that particular day shown in that day's box. please see the screen shots to have an idea about it This is not a very huge project. my budget is USD 50.
