Auto Execution of Buy/Sell signal in ODIN

Requirement: We are actually looking for an interface which should get the Buy/Sell signals(given by our own software) and pass it to the ODIN for the auto execution of that order. There would be one more file where we will place the "n" no. of client Id's with Order details say quantity. Interface should pass those Buy/Sell signals to these list of clients. And after the auto execution in ODIN, the interface shall place the acknowledgements client wise in separate output file which would be taken as input for our software. Technology: Visual Basic / VB.Net Criteria : Above said requirements should has to be done in the preferred platform with excellent performance. Further small requirements may be added.
