**Virtual Assistant for a Busy House Cleaning Company**

I need someone located within the USA who is interested in becoming a virtual assistant for a house cleaning company. The business is currently being run by a virtual assistant for the day to day operations but she might be moving on to a new position soon. The hours would probably be around 25 a week and I am willing to pay around 10-12 an hour. It is good steady income and we are rapidly growing. The job basically consists of taking calls from clients, entering in their contact information into our servicetask appointment scheduling software, texting/calling the cleaners to schedule them for the job, calling current and past customers to schedule their next cleaning and helping with sales to encourage them to sign up for repeat cleanings, processing credit card payments, entering invoice information on the software we use, and just overall being nice and pleasant on the phone with customers and making things run smoothly. You essentially are the face of the business and complete many of the day to day tasks. I need someone who can answer the phone between 9-5 est monday through friday and take maybe a call or two on saturdays if it comes in. You do not have to be sitting all day at your computer and can still go out and do things during the day and it is ok if you miss a call every once in a while etc. I just need someone who is professional and wants to grow with my company.

I have 18+ years experience as an Executive Assistant. I started out answering phones at my first job and quickly moved to the Accounting Department and then I found my way to the Human Resources Department, where I "found my calling", so to speak. I loved every aspect of my job, from placing job postings in almost every state in the U.S., conducting phone interviews with job candidates, completing quarterly performance reviews and even typing various memos and letters. I've never been terminated from an employer before and I credit that to my strong work ethic and the ability to get the job done correctly and on time. My schedule is very flexible and I'm able and willing to work any and all hours necessary for the company. I've been looking for a position just like this and I did not hesitate bidding on it!
