Assist with Project Management

Hi, I am running a business in India and UK. I have some suppliers based in CITY: SHENZHEN PROVINCE:GUANGDONG, in CHINA. Being heavy schedule, I am looking for a personal assistant who is only based in CITY: SHENZHEN PROVINCE:GUANGDONG in CHINA and can deal with my suppliers there. Job responsibilities: 1. Taking orders of products from me and getting them delivered by coordinating with suppliers based in this location. 2. Maintaining the sheet of sales per month along with invoice management from suppliers. 3. Follow up with suppliers and making sure product is delivered in time. Since our suppliers are taking payments in advance, we have a challenge of sometimes not getting timely response from suppliers and hence availability of this secretary in this location is important. Note: Anyone nearby to this location who can travel to the factory is also allowed to bid. Salary : I will initially be paying per order i place and getting it delivered to me.
