About PROJECT We are looking for the best candidate for the role of “Admin”. Candidate must have command in following tasks in Base Camp. Manage To do list in base camp. 1. How to use calendar page, managing the comments and creating to-do list. 2. How to create and manage milestones for the employee based on their role. 3. Manage and Assigning a task: 4. You should know how to view, reply , assign and tagging the messages: Tag voice memos to be transcript, transcript 5. How to create, complete and then archive the Project 6. How to monitor and manage the project status. Making sure that all running projects are active and archiving dead projects base on the rules and regulations. About Your Tasks and Scopes responsibility and engagement Responsibilities >> Making task for other people >> Labelling and Assigning Voice Memos >> Move files using needle >> Making PayPal account, google drive and gmail account or others. >> You must self-start the progress management daily work without our side's request. >> You have to follow your daily flow[login to view URL] >> You should check the role tasks and to-dos and due dates every day. >> Check other people’s role tasks, and activities which are being done using Base camp’s activity page >> Daily you have to check our project management system, and emails for the tasks for you. >> You must be checked daily, at least 3 times a day. >> You have to submit a very simple daily report to us using our template >> You will coordinate with executives and subordinate in order to run the process smoothly in the company. Hiring Process Job Posting Type Notice Job Type: Hourly Base Hourly Rate: $3 to $6 Hourly rate depends upon the experience and qualification Trial Process We offer 4 hours trial base work contract. once you have passed the trial and hired we will work further. * Please stop working after 8 hours as you will not be paid more than mentioned hour.
