I am looking to create a 3D animated video for my company [url removed, login to view]

The video should be 30 seconds in length, animated with a character we choose.
The concept of the video should be to show a character who came up with an idea, got in touch with IDML to help him. IDML takes him through the process and helps him get a patent on his product, develop a product, secure investment or licensing and launch the product. The end should show the inventor living a comfortable life.
In you proposal I would like you to propose a storyboard for the 30 second video and what type of animation ad quality you will use.
When the storyboard is finalized after awarding project, I will provide you with a script that the character should be moving their lips to. I will do the voice recording myself later but I need the lips to move for the character.
