Hello, I am looking for a professional designer to create 60-90 seconds explainer video/animation with voice over I will send subsequently. The explainer video/animation will feature a funny and expressive character. Ideal candidate should be very creative and able to create a compelling, funny yet descriptive video/animation content based on the voice over text/content.
