Create a Series of Teaching Videos from PowerPoint and MP3

We've got 3 hours and 40 minutes of teaching audio in MP3 format, and a PowerPoint with 185 slides which we want to combine and create a series of 5 videos. Because various information comes in separately on some slides, and we want these to show up on the video separately, there are about 300 insertions to be made for the videos.
The audio is divided up into 27 files, which were tracks on CDs. But these divisions are completely random and generally do not line up with the divisions we want for the videos.
There is also some re-organizing to be done, with later sections needing to be moved earlier in the series. (It will probably be easiest to complete the videos in the order they are, and then do the rearranging as the last step.)
Also, we would like to have the reorganized audio re-cut into 14 tracks at the times we specify. If you are unable to do this specific audio work, we may still be interested in having you do the rest of the project. Please indicate if you can do the final audio editing into tracks for CDs as a part of your bid.
