Animated Video Production

I would like you to create a :60 animated video template that has 3 elements. The first element would be a :10 introduction from me giving my name, title and telling them they will now receive a tip from my book 20 Great Ways to Great Kids. The second element is a :40 parenting tip from my upcoming book; the 3rd element will be a :10 conclusion with a live link to my website where the parenting book will be available. I would like to use animation such as Motion Graphics to make the video interesting, upbeat and inviting but I'm open to any program. My target audience is married Moms who have children ages 3-12. They're college educated with a household income of $80,000+. My plan is to first create the template. If I'm happy with the template and if the financial proposal is affordable, I would like to have two videos a week produced for the next year (104 total!) using the :10 standard intro and :10 standard closing. The :40 content would change within each video with a new parenting tip that I'm sharing. I would like the videos optimized, placed in key target markets and they will be used for social media content/promotion. So, please first bid on the creation of the template, create a sample template so I can see your great idea and then bid on the possibility of creating 104 videos within the next year. Thank you!
