Acting + Screenwriter Collaboration website

I would like a site that allows screenwriters to hire acting groups from around the country to perform their scripts on video. Quite simply I want to create a marketplace for writers to hire actors to perform their shorts, poetry, video comedies and high concept screenplay readings so that they could show off their writing talents with live actors. This web concept is meant for all the budding horror, comedy or inspirational writers who always find themselves running out of time, money and friends who are willing to assist them in their vision. This could also be a venue for custom songs made by budding musical writers. This website is meant to allow screenwriters who don't have the resources to organize a film crew to realize the dream of seeing their concepts played out by actors of their choice. They then can shop the video around to various producers, art festivals or simply other vid sharing sites to showcase their work. Site will have a marketplace that allows for the actors and the writers to put up videos of their previous work, star rating by previous users and personal statement. A forum and chat should be included for the teams to communicate. In addition both actors and writers should have a paypal donation link that allows them to accept funding for their videos from supportive users, since finished videos will be featured on the site.
