BBC Film Clip to be edited so smaller in size - hourly project

We are looking for some one to take an existing BBC TV clip available on BBC website )link will be provided) and then shorten it.

The clip is 3.5 mins long. We want it edited so it shows 0.00 - 0.22 seconds and then from 0.57 - 1.31 seconds. So total show time will be 0.56 seconds.

We want it in a format where we can add it to our website.

I am happy to pay maximum of $15 for the work as it should only take a few mins for someone who know what they are doing.
