Animation on a building

I have pointed a beamer on a building next to my house. I would like to use it to advertise my company as it is an busy shopping area. To achieve this i would like a graphic designer to make 2 kinds of animations. First, a stickman kind of animation, of figures that play with the contours of the building and do funny things to grab the attention of bypassing people. There has to be at some point a textual message they play with, with my business name. It has to be entertaining to look at, thats the main point. Second, i would like a 3d animation on the building wall, so it looks like the building is moving, or doing some crazy stuff. I have already tried to do some drawing, but as i am as creative as the wall itself, it didn't really turn out good.
