VMware + Microsoft Remote Desktop

Hello!
I have a VMware Virtual Machine with Windows 7 running on my computer, and I wanted to connect to it using Microsoft Remote Desktop on the host computer.
I have followed this tutorial:

However, the computer is still not found.
I guess if somebody know what he's doing, it will be a 5-minute-job for him.

ps: If you want to help me, you would have to connect to my computer using TeamViewer and fix it.
