I am a call center agent since 2007. As an Outbound call center agent we need to call companies for USA, Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines to discover and verify information like the contact information, the salutation, first name and last name, the correct job title, email address and phone number . We need to Discover and verify as well as the company name and address , if there are changes we need to update it. All the information gathered will then be entered manually in CRM Siebel an online database system or to the Excel Spreadsheet, and this is what we called data entry.
