I am an attorney in Orange County California. I need someone w/ advanced Adobe PDF editing skills to modify the electronic version of legal briefs by inserting links in the briefs to the electronic version of the authorities cited in the briefs. The goal is to allow one reading the brief to simply click on the link to quick check the authority provided; clicking on the link should immediately open up the authority in question for viewing in another window on the computer (w/ the brief's file still open in the background). The briefs in question, and the linked authorities, would be all self-contained on a single CD, so there would be no hyperlink to internet locations. I've heard of this being done in other cases. I provide the briefs (3) and authorities in electronic form (PDF and/or Word), to be kept confidential as privileged attorney work product.
