I have a new instance of OpenTaps installed and running but need an expert to initialize and connect all the pieces of the system.

Fine-tune groups, users, warehouse, vendors, products, accounts, customers, accounting:
Create user group for field sales that allows for access to CRM only
Customize Customer data fields to reflect business requirements
Import customer information into database, provide *.xls template for customer import (I have database of customers, need to format and import)
Define Vendors and set-up vendor profile
Define and test product module. Modify if needed to reflect business requirements
Import products into database, provide *.xls template for product import
(I have database of product codes, description UOF cost etc..., need to format and import)
Define and test purchasing module, create purchase order to vendor (both stock and non-stock - drop-ship)
Define and test warehouse module, receive in product against purchase order to vendor. Order feedback to reflect fulfillment of drop-ship
Define customers and generate quotation for products
Define and test order entry. (both call center, and web generated orders)
Take order with purchase order from customer against generated quote
Define and test pick pack and ship process against customer purchase order.
Generate pick ticket for product in stock
Generate drop-ship order to vendor for product that is non stock
Generate invoice to customer
Receive in A/R from customer
generate sales reports customer by product
