Blueprint to 3D step by step design proceedures required

We need a freelancer who is experienced in woodworking/ 3D design and Google Sketch Up to create procedural, step-by-step instructions from a blueprint style illustrations. Each step in the construction must be accompanied by the instructional text on how to accomplish the step. You will export a 2D image(s) at each step to illustrate the construction. These illustrations and instructions will be compiled into a .DOC file.
Please look at the two uploaded files for what we are looking for. The first file [login to view URL] is the original blueprint style illustration. The [login to view URL] is an example of the finished work. Note the diagrams and instructions at each step. We will provide further examples when we choose a freelancer.
The bid is for doing 2 of these plans. If you do a good job, we can negociate on a price for the others. Please upload samples of your previous work, experience & portfolios. Thank you very much and happy bidding!
