I am looking for someone who can create a simple desktop application with the following features:
1. Once the application opens, it will load up a website. The software should use firefox browser support as the website best works in firefox. If the customer does not have firefox, then next priority would be chrome followed by internet explorer.
2. There will be a function where a customer can minimize the software with a short cut key e.g. F1. The software will then minimize and form a small icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen and will alwasy remain on top.
3. Once you click on the icon or hit F1 again it will maximize to full screen
4. The software needs to be made professionally, simple but effective and should work on any windows PC
