My name is Juergen Koller. I'm a Xamarin-certified Mobile Developer since May 2015 here in Germany. Before using Xamarin I build mobile apps for iOS using Xcode. I would use Xamarin Forms to build the UI and speed things up with a single code base for all platforms iOS, Android and Windows. If you wish I can offer the work of our design agency which can deliver a beautiful user interface. To give a detailed estimate I would have to know the complete feature list.
