hello , I have read the project description well. I think that you are talking about hard disk scheduling algorithms FCFS, SSTF,SCAN and C-SCAN . I have developed an application which simulates and solves these problems and even graphs them . This is my previous experience regarding to windows desktop development: Development of Windows Desktop applications using Visual Studio since February 2013. Apart from that, I used Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and MVVM pattern. The task of these applications was editing and validation of of .xml files that are used for configuration of devices, used for testing in automobile industry. The application is also capable of converting data into other formats, such as: fibex, dbc, lin, etc.
