I have checked the details as well as the API which is attached. Is it a multi-user system where we will have administrator control over users and then individual users should be able to upload CSVs and processing can be done after their upload? Thanks

Please find below my observations/questions based on the project detail that you have provided: • Create system in C#/ASP.Net -- Will you host this? • Our users will be able to upload a csv file containing locations combined with size dimensions • They will be able to upload a CSV file via a web interface • Each location will have a price attached to it by the system automatically scanning a price table and selects a price determined on the location of where the item is being sent to and also the size of the parcel. -- Where is the price table? • The system must be able to specify where the parcel is being sent from -- On the web interface? • This information is then combined to create a pdf invoice for the items sent. -- Email to client? • The system then integrates with startrack API to lodge all locations and dimensions so that parcels can be collected. -- Do you refer to creating and uploading a CLN file?
