Proposal 1. Choice of application should it be a web based or Desktop based application. if web based it would be easy to create and more users can use it at a time. A desktop application will be required to be installed into each computer where a user will use it then using a central database. My suggestion is the web based application and the database should be an SQL Database but if you prefer Microsoft Access for the Database then I can use Microsoft Access as the database. 2. The Application will allow user management i.t.o User Activation, User Access Levels. The users will be required to log in before they can use the applications functions. Everything a user does is linked to the username. 3. The Application will consist of user forms for all functions and all the data registered will be able to be managed ito Adding, Editing, Deleting, Searching, Printing, Exporting and E-Mailling. The application will allow for the function of email notifications. 4. Bookings will be tracked on a calendar and services where applicable where the service is related to the booking will be linked to the booking for reporting purposes. Inventory of the items will be part of the application and also a section for the customers. 5. All information will be able to be managed through Adding, Editing and Deleting. If required I can create a function where anything that is edited or deleted must first be authorized before the change will take effect and a log will be kept .
