Automatically visit/click the confirmation link/url contained in the body of an email immediately after receiving the email

I receive intermittent e-mails from a particular sender at unpredictable times.

I need to automatically visit/click the confirmation link/url contained within the email.

I'd like to be able to do this immediately after the email arrives and no longer than 7 seconds after.

I use Windows-based computers.

Additional details:

I would like to be able to customize which url is clicked/visited based on data (date/time info) contained in the body of the email.

It doesn't matter which host is used to handle the e-mail, but I currently use Gmail.

Sample email:

Hi [name],

There are 1 Open Shift(s) available at:

Location: [location]

Time & date: from 5:15 PM to 10:00 PM, on Tuesday Apr 09.

[Click Here] to attempt to claim this Open Shift.
