Annotation Software

I want an annotation tool similar to ink2go.

Requirements:

1. Compatible with Windows and MAC.

2. Complete source code( Code should be divided into modules and with comments).

3. Check the website of ink2go([url removed, login to view]). Create a small module(may be depicting just one function of it) and send me a video of that function working. Send this example video within 1 day.

4. I need complete software within 15 days.

5. This tool should work with all types of touch tablet and touch panels( capacitive, IR, etc.).
