Based on your brief description it sounds like a simple "To Do" application where you'll be able to create and manage your tasks. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. Just one question does this need to be written in ColdFusion or Java. Can't we use any other framework? My suggestion would be PHP or NodeJS.
