Desktop Application in JAVA or XOJO

1. What Is It? – A Desktop application. Note: If you can make it to be installed on Mac and Windows, (Adobe Air?, Java?); I will see your proposal very favorably. 2. To create this software, you need to be able to do the following with your code: a. The app will firstly communicate with my License Server to unlock the app and give access to other tabs This is done via HTTP Request using REST API b. The app will parse JSON data that is returned from my Licensing Server and display it on the app c. The app will allow me to test up to 6 different license key using a second licensing server The documentation I have right now to communicate with the license server is written in PHP. I need this in JAVA or in XOJO or if you can make it work in Javascript (for Adobe Air app) that would be great. These will help you build the features I am looking for in this software. 3. Misc: i. I own the source code to this project and all copyright ii. Code should be well commented iii. Be available for future updates and support (if needed) iv. This must be a original code and must not be a rip off of other people code v. Integration with a registration system vi.
