DHL XML SERVICE TOOL KIT INSTALLATION

I am looking for some to built a shipping module for Prestashop ver. 1.48 to be used on my domain. First, you should see the and understand what is the toolkit for. Shipping, our Service Charge (haddling), fuel Surcharge, Insurrance, Tax over Shipping, No tax will be charged over the product, paperwork fees, and any extra charge for out of limit destination. Knowing that, we want that the shipping module, quote automatically the shipping cost of the products selected. If customer do a checkout, i want to be delivered the tracking number to the customer (after payment verification), be able to print out the airwaybill just like it is told on the dhl xml service toolkit. The shipping module should be logged to the registration form, since the DHL xml service toolkit has all the parameters to determine the exact location of the customer.
