Create ActiveX COM wrapper for UNZDLL32.DLL to be used in VBScript

This project is to create an ActiveX COM wrapper around Windows DLL. There is a simple SDK offered by CD Light LLC (<[login to view URL]>). SDK Trial version can be downloaded for free, and should be used for this project (no purchase necessary). SDK contains one DLL file and about 15 function calls. This SDK allows to fix USA mailing addresses, i.e. input a mailing address and SDK will confirm it or fix mistakes, or provides correct address suggestions. SDK contains sample code in VB6 and .NET wrapper included in free trial. My software uses VBScript. It is known that VBScript cannot communicate with Windows DLL (<[login to view URL]>). I am looking for a COM wrapper to enable communication from my VBScript to this Windows DLL. Preferably, the wrapper should be written in VB6 and provide all functions to VBScript.
