Commission based sales people to sell data packages

We need pre-paid data subscribers to join our network. We are looking for sales people "recruiters" who will get people to join our network. Each recruiter receives a unique code to give to subscribers so we can track sales and commissions per recruiter. How our model works: When individual subscribers join and top-up we give 1% of each top-up as a commission to a recruiter to start with. Leads are not linked to number of subscribers brought in but how much they top-up/recharge data. You earn this commission every month your subscriber tops up/ recharges for the LIFETIME of the network. We have 4 data packages: 1GB - R139 2GB - R239 4 GB - R 389 6GB - R499 Minimum sales target per data package: - 1GB - 2,600 subscribers - 2GB - 1064 subscribers - 4GB - 700 subscribers - 6 GB - 600 subscribers Recruiter Commissions if minimum subscribers targeted top up once - 1 GB - R 2,574 per top-up - 2 GB - R 2,542 per top - 4 GB - R 2,722 per top up - 6 GB - R2,994 per top up IMPORTANT: The above numbers could double or triple if subscribers top-up more than once or twice in a month. We have an additional once-off target based incentive of 5% of total sales volumes for recruiters who achieve monthly minimum sales targets of "active" subscribers (at least one data top-up/ recharge a month). Additional sales above the minimum target will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. - 1GB - 2,600 subscribers = R 12,870 - 2GB - 1064 subscribers = R 12,714 - 4GB - 700 subscribers = R 13,615 - 6 GB - 600 subscribers = R 14,970 High performing recruiters will secure fixed term contract employment with Byconnect Data after 6 months.
