Hello, I have been working with a MNC bases company since last ~ 4 years, as an IT BI DWH Professional. The project is a BI DWH project which covers 3 layers of BI (ETL, Data warehouse & Reporting) and helped me in nourishing my talent in all the technologies around these 3 layers. Below are some key areas of my skills: • Expert on SQL Server, Oracle and MS Access Databases • Expert in BO XI, Cognos and SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) • Expert in & designing & Implementation of end to end ETL Process using Informatica & SSIS Tools • Expert in Designing Qlikview Dashboard BI Solution • Expert in ER & Dimension Data modeling • Complete Command on PL/SQL concept e.g. Procedures, Functions, packages and complex queries. • Basic knowledge of Unix Shell scripting I have experience in all the above areas and during my project work I have completed all of the above tasks. As a Freelancer also I have worked in few of the above areas where I got a chance and delivered the best. I have 8+ Years of experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementing the ETL/Data warehouse system for Banking ,Insurance and Telecom Domains.I have experience in Informatica products power centre,power exchange,MDM and on BI tools Cognos 10.1 and Business Objects.I have also experience in Hadoop Ecosystem including HDFS, MapReduce, HBase, Hive and Pig,Oozie and Zookeeper. I have also experience in data modelling using Erwin. I have expertise in creating Real time CDC using Informatica Power Exchange .Through out this period i worked on different databases like Oracle Exadata ,Teradata, Mainframe DB2,Microsoft SQL Server,Sybase and Vertica I have very good understanding on PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting.I feel that my skills and experience fit for this position. For my CS project class I recently developed part of a data warehouse application using Python, PyQT4 and MYSQL. I had Python do the ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load). The project was enjoyable and I would like to do data warehouse development again. I can show you the GUI I created for this as proof of my experience.
