Competitive Link Builder -- Part time position

I am looking for a veteran link builder to work on a hourly wage plus bonus per link of PR 4 or higher. The job requires the link builder to manually acquire my competition’s links for my website.

I am the owner of a SEO firm, and need NO article marketing, NO SEO on page suggestions, and NO link buying.

Simply a person or team who knows how to acquire my competition’s links. PM how you would acquire my competitor’s links, and send me some of your work samples.

LINK CRITERIA:

- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website

- The page our link is placed on must be PR2 per above.

- There is no more than 25 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed

- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days

- The links must on the homepage and SEO friendly (static text link), no redirects, frames, cloaking, or links from within Flash

- No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, Blogs or articles submission, strictly no FFA's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links.

- The linking site must be in English.

- Page must not be excluded in [url removed, login to view], link must not contain rel=nofollow tag

- All links should NOT appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links , advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines

- Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties

- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.

- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.

I reserve the right to reject links if they don't meet the above criteria.

You will provide an excel spreadsheet containing Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), and Google Page Rank.

--> If the link does not show in the Google Index, it does not count.

--> I will have the final say on whether to accept/reject a link,

Partial payments can be made using escrow, with 50% being held until final completion. Payment will only be made after review of link page URL, and PR.

If you do a good job, I will outsource all of my company’s competitive link building to you.
