I need someone to do my Master research project, which topic is: "The effect of processing on texture of gluten-free cakes and breads" There are multiple assessments to do for this project which I need and which instructions are attached here. I have attached some articles that I found on the topic and that I discussed with my supervisor in the first meeting, I have also recorded the first meeting that I can send to have exactly clear what my supervisor wants. My supervisor likes in particular one article that I have attached, "Apple pomace in gluten-free formulations: effect on rheology and product quality", so please read it carefully and start with it. Finally I have attached a folder that includes every information, guidelines and deadlines about my project (course profile). The first important thing I need is the literature review ‘skeleton’ ASAP (deadline in two days), which is just the plan or outline of the actual literature review to present to my supervisor, and when accepted I need the complete literature review. After that I need you to write the research proposal. Thanks in advance.
