Advanced Python coder needed

Looking for a serious Python coder to hack an exiting BitTorrent client written in Python to enable the client to "dupe" BT trackers into thinking that the client is sending out packets (i.e., uploading) while only receiving packets (i.e., downloading). WARNING: simply chocking the upload stream or limiting the upload speed will simply not do. BT clients are penalized for not sharing by decreasing their download limit (this is done thru the BT tracker) so the tracker must be fooled into believing that the client is uploading to ensure that it will not get penalized for not sharing! This project is indented for serious coders with proven track record in python and working knowledge of libgcrypt only!
