Hello, I am managing a construction project and i need a Precedence Diagram to establish and identify Early Start/ Early Finish, Late Start/Late Finish, Float and to identify the critical path for all construction related tasks. I have attached a table that identifies each construction task, duration to complete each task and what must be completed before each task can begin. The project is scheduled to begin on the 13th January 2017. The project will work on a 6 day schedule because this will provide a contingency allowance for the project. I would like the diagram completed in either Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project
