Analysis of e-mails to a working group

I am a student

The lecturer has distribution of students as groups and each group is sending to other through e-mails so , I want to analyze these messages.

In files attached is clear project

the main points are :

You are asked to analyse the role play communications from the point of view of a project communications plan.

You should, at a minimum:

Identify and outline an appropriate communications plan for the project

Identify the stakeholders’ information requirements, and how well the project group facilitated these requirements.

Identify how well the project team did in advancing the project.

Identify how well the stakeholders succeeded in advancing their case.

Indicate situations where inter-stakeholder communications had a negative impact on the project.

Indicate situations where other forms of communication would have been more appropriate the e-mail.

It would also be important to analyse the role the media played in influencing the project.

last one is zep file there are all emails in this file so when you Extract the file click on---> Programs ---> wsendto then you can look all emails .
