We are a small real estate and commodity investment firm that has recently started a fund. We are two experienced and educated business grads that hold partial CFA designations; through personal connections and creative solutions we've been able to develop a small portfolio, but are looking towards a much larger operation. #1 We need help with strategies to find investors and the development of a creditable package that will enable us to pitch investors. #2 In conjunction with our investment activities we have aspirations of developing a research and analysis division that will support from individual to small institutional investors predominately with custom research for their private and public investment options. With such a wide range of investment tools available we are struggling to define our specific value proposition to these individual. We are looking for an individual with a very creditable background in both private and public investment to aid us through the development of a small report detailing advice on the above two issues. We hope to establish a long running relationship as we will surely need significant guidance through this process.
