Android User Interface with Swipe and Draw

I am creating an android app and want someone to provide me with the skeleton of the user interface. I would like this to be done in Eclipse so I can develop further. See attached for images of requirements The interface should have 2 screens. On the top of each screen should be 2 buttons that currently do not do anything. 1) Screen One As well as the top 2 buttons this screen should have a number of 'spinners'. The number of spinners should be dynamic as set by a parameter in the main activity. The list of items in each spinner should be set by a string array as defined in the [login to view URL] 2) Screen Two - Buttons and grid As well as the top 2 buttons this should be draw a grid. The background is blue and the grid lines are black. The grid x and y should be set by two parameters in the main activity. i.e. a grid of 5 x 4 On a click event the grid element selected should be toggle between white and blue. Transition between screens. A left or right 'fling' event should move between the two screens with animation of right to left and left to right.
