Hi I have seen your requirement I have suggestion for you regarding the material as a material expert I would recommend you to with Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material for you part which is smooth and can be 3D printed and very cost effective and good strength which is almost equivalent with polythene If you need some suggestions you can just ping me Regards Dinesh
