Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive design experience. In past I have designed gun recoil simulation mechanism, coffee roasting desktop plant, glider based payload delivery system & variable stability aircraft (having more than 800 moving parts). I can do this project for you. In order to account for all the bending, tolerances, etc I will used Sheet Metal module of Autodesk Inventor so that the parts designed are accurate and as per the manufacturing requirements. Hi, i have been working in Solidworks for 3 years. I can do the design and analysis in Solidworks in 4 days. However i recommend we use Ansys for material analysis as it is being used in industry and is more reliable. I can share my work with you in inbox if you interested
