I'm looking for a custom-made tabletop water fountain. I have attached an image here as to how it is supposed to look, but this is only a concept design. The fountain need not look exactly like this. Since I have a very limited budget, feel free to cut corners on materials and the bottom shelf of the fountain (or whatever you call it).

I'd like to clarify whether you are asking for the design plans for this fountain, or a complete assembled one? My bid is based on the assumption that the fountain must be delivered to the US, so if you'd like the design (and perhaps a visualization) I can do this for you.
