Hi there!
I need a header for a website about doctor's service.
This is for a website that I am doing for a client. Because of that I will need some additional time from the moment you submit your work as I will have to contact them first and ask whether they like it.
I will need up to 4 different versions (different photos in the header etc.) depending on the feedback from my client (he may like the first version).
We are starting with the motive taken from the sistine chapel (the two hands reaching towards each other). This needs to be combined with the domain name [url removed, login to view] and a tagline: Medycyna Jest Sztuka. Please see the file attached to see what motive I mean.
The worker will have to provide all of the necessary graphics. I will not pay for any additional pictures. The picture attached was taken from Google images and serves only as an example. You are encouraged to find a better (higher resolution) version of it.
The header should be 900 px wide and 175 pixels high.
